Your Will lets you decide what happens to your assets, such as money, property, and possessions, after your death and is one of the most important documents you will ever create. Your Will allows you to set your wishes for how your loved ones will be cared for and ensures that your final wishes are respected, it can also be a way of continuing to support the causes close to you.
We have partnered separately with three solicitors who offer a Will writing service. They are Irwin Mitchell, Ware & Kay/Pearson & Ward, and SorryMate. Each offers a quite different service which we will outline below. You will also find a link to each of their websites and their contact details, should you wish to instruct them or discuss the options with them further.
Please note that these are not free Will services.
Yorkshire Air Ambulance (YAA) does not make recommendations on legal service providers, you should always seek independent advice and can find a list of solicitors at lawsociety.org.uk
