In order to keep our costs to a minimum, all of our branded clothing (with the exception of the Fundraising Packs) are individually printed as per each order we receive. This precludes the Charity from investing in large stock outlay.
Therefore, we are unfortunately unable to exchange or refund any items, unless they are faulty.
If you receive an item and you feel that it is faulty, please contact us on 01422 237900 or email info@yaa.org.uk and we will arrange a replacement garment.
